Whenever a bird conservation issue rears its head, the media usually turns to Birds Australia. As Australia's oldest and most respected national bird conservation organisation, we are often asked by the media for our considered opinion on all sorts of bird-related topics because we have the expertise and the resources to be on top of the news stories as they break. We also regularly produce media releases and other items to bring the important issues into the public domain.
